To request deletion of your TheRVMap account and associated data, either submit a ticket or email support[at]thervmap.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account and sign-in identity, profile and RV specifications, trips and itineraries, Shouts and posts, uploaded photos, friend connections, and notification preferences.
What is kept: payment and subscription transaction records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes for up to 7 years. Encrypted backups containing your data are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days of deletion.
