When you joined the beta you agreed to eight things. Here they are in plain English, in the order you saw them, so you know what you signed up for and what we owe you.
- You are actively travelling in your RV and can test TheRVMAP on real trips. That is the whole point: the road tells us things a desk never will.
- This is a public beta running on the live site. Some things are unfinished, and things may change or break while you use them.
- You will share honest feedback through Send Feedback in the app, and answer the occasional short survey. That is how the app gets better.
RV-safe routing is guidance, not a guarantee. You are still responsible for verifying clearances, weight limits and road restrictions, for obeying posted signs, and for keeping your attention on the road. A route built for your rig is a good starting point, never a substitute for your own eyes.
- During the beta your data may be lost or reset. We intend to carry your account and trips forward, but keep your own copies of anything important.
- Pro is included free for the whole beta, and for three months after the beta ends. After that you can choose a paid plan or stay on Free, and we will tell you before anything changes.
- You will follow the install steps in your invitation email and update when a new build is released. These are pre-release test builds, and TestFlight builds expire after 90 days.
- You are 18 or older, a US resident, and have agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The map covers more than 70,000 campgrounds, RV parks and overnight stops across the United States, including networks such as Good Sam, KOA, Thousand Trails and Encore. There is a lot to explore while you help us build it.
