Installing the app from your invitation

During the beta, TheRVMAP reaches your phone through your device maker's testing program, not the normal store listing. Both paths start from your beta invitation email, so create your account from that email first. Creating your account is covered in its own article.

On iPhone

TheRVMAP installs through Apple's free testing app, TestFlight.

1. Open the App Store, search for TestFlight, and tap Get to install it. It is free.
2. Open the invite link from your invitation email on your iPhone.
3. When it opens in TestFlight, tap Accept, then tap Install.

TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. When yours does, open TestFlight and update to the current build to keep going.

On Android

TheRVMAP installs through a Google Play testing program that you join once.

1. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Google account you use for the Play Store.
2. Open the opt-in link from your invitation email on your phone.
3. Tap Become a tester on the page that opens.

4. Follow the link on that same page to TheRVMAP on Google Play, then tap Install.

Sign in

Open TheRVMAP and sign in with the account you created from your invitation email. If you have not made your account yet, do that first, then come back and sign in.

Pro is included during the beta, so there is no payment step.
